What are your delivery options?

  • All deliveries are pending approval and merchandise availability.

  • Orders are processed Monday-Friday.

  • We do not ship Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.

  • Watch for an email from us after placing order. We may need additional information to process your order.

  • Torrid is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

  • Free In-Store Returns* Standard service is provided via the United States Postal Service. Please allow 5-7 business days for delivery. You will receive a shipping confirmation email when your order leaves our warehouse, so you can track your order.
    Signature may be required. *Excludes Alaska and Hawaii

    What is your returns policy?

    We hope you love what you've ordered, but we know that sometimes things don’t work out:

  • Initiate your return within 14 days of the purchase date on your receipt or packing slip.

  • If you want to replace an item in a different size or color, we recommend processing a purchase quickly as items do sell out.

  • Damaged or missing items? Contact Customer Service for assistance.

  • Note that a $8.00 return shipping fee will be deducted from your total return amount.

  • Please allow 1-2 weeks for processing returns.

  • Note that Apple Pay or Google Pay purchases can only be returned by mail and not in stores.

  • Online orders purchased with PayPal can now be returned to U.S. stores.


  • Items not purchased at DSC VISION CORNER

  • Items without a DSC VISION CORNER Store receipt or a  packing slip.

  • Items with removed tags or items missing their original packaging (e.g., shoe boxes).

  • Clearance items or items marked as “Final Sale”.

  • For hygienic reasons, these items are “Final Sale”:

    • Washed or worn items

    • Accessories: earrings and cosmetics

    • Intimates: panties and lingerie sets

    • Clothing: tights
