What are your delivery options?
All deliveries are pending approval and merchandise availability.
Orders are processed Monday-Friday.
We do not ship Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.
Watch for an email from us after placing order. We may need additional information to process your order.
Torrid is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Free In-Store Returns* Standard service is provided via the United States Postal Service. Please allow 5-7 business days for delivery. You will receive a shipping confirmation email when your order leaves our warehouse, so you can track your order.
Signature may be required. *Excludes Alaska and Hawaii
What is your returns policy?
We hope you love what you've ordered, but we know that sometimes things don’t work out:
Initiate your return within 14 days of the purchase date on your receipt or packing slip.
If you want to replace an item in a different size or color, we recommend processing a purchase quickly as items do sell out.
Damaged or missing items? Contact Customer Service for assistance.
Note that a $8.00 return shipping fee will be deducted from your total return amount.
Please allow 1-2 weeks for processing returns.
Note that Apple Pay or Google Pay purchases can only be returned by mail and not in stores.
Online orders purchased with PayPal can now be returned to U.S. stores.

Items without a DSC VISION CORNER Store receipt or a packing slip.
Items with removed tags or items missing their original packaging (e.g., shoe boxes).
Clearance items or items marked as “Final Sale”.
